Anforderungen

  • 3+ years of clinical or product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company
  • Strong knowledge of procedure steps and anatomy in surgical specialties
  • Surgical and/or operating theatre sales experience
  • Proven ability to position and develop sales support
  • Demonstrated success in building clinical education and marketing programs
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with leadership ability in unstructured environment
  • Ability to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and cope with multiple tasks
  • Ability to travel 50%

  • Develop and execute regional marketing tactics for General Surgery & Thoracic
  • Implement detailed activities within defined timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with the European marketing team and local sales leadership
  • Partner with clinical and capital sales teams for analysis and action planning
  • Maintain alignment on target procedures and products
  • Work with Market Access and Clinical Affairs on publication strategies
  • Support the development of the regional sales team with training content
  • Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training
  • Build value proposition stories, tools, and events
  • Deliver marketing and sales tools to meet sales quotas and goals
  • Develop relationships with key surgeon champions for education programs
  • Quantify clinical, economic, and strategic impact evidence
  • Assist in developing cost-effectiveness strategies with Market Access Manager
  • Collect and analyze competitive data for strategic initiatives
  • Validate clinical and economic data with key surgeon champions
  • Align with relevant surgical and executive societies
  • Develop Intuitive’s presence at national conferences and events
  • Collaborate with surgical societies on standardized robotic training pathways
