- •Understanding of the functional principle of complex electro-opto-mechanical assemblies

- •Act as the main contact for manufacturing and service support
- •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using systematic methods

- •Initiate and implement continuous improvement measures to reduce lead times
- •Enhance quality through optimized processes
- •Participate in design reviews and support prototype assembly and testing
- •Ensure manufacturability and reliability of designs
- •Create and maintain process instructions according to product specifications
- •Collaborate with quality and purchasing departments to resolve component issues
- •Improve supplier quality and reduce costs
