Anforderungen
- •Completed vocational training and further qualification as a technician or bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
- •At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable technical environment
- •Technical understanding and practical aptitude
- •Independent, structured working style with high self-organization
- •Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork orientation
- •Experience with CAD software advantageous, ideally complemented by experience in 3D printing
- •Willingness to travel occasionally internationally (up to about 10%)
- •Fluent in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the main contact for manufacturing and service during troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the assembly and commissioning of complex metrology systems
- •Develop and present concepts and solutions for technical problems using systematic methods (e.g., 8D) to management and the service team
- •Create and maintain manufacturing documentation continuously
- •Develop, optimize, and maintain process workflows
- •Coordinate technical changes to bill of materials
- •Qualify first sample parts and successor products for end-of-life components
- •Provide on-site support ('Fly-and-Fix') during escalations requiring in-depth product knowledge
- •Collaborate with development, quality, and purchasing departments to resolve component issues, improve supplier quality, and reduce costs
