Anforderungen

•Completed vocational training and further qualification as a technician or bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
•At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable technical environment
•Technical understanding and practical aptitude
•Independent, structured working style with high self-organization
•Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork orientation
•Experience with CAD software advantageous, ideally complemented by experience in 3D printing
•Willingness to travel occasionally internationally (up to about 10%)
•Fluent in German and English

Deine Aufgaben

•Act as the main contact for manufacturing and service during troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the assembly and commissioning of complex metrology systems
•Develop and present concepts and solutions for technical problems using systematic methods (e.g., 8D) to management and the service team
•Create and maintain manufacturing documentation continuously
•Develop, optimize, and maintain process workflows
•Coordinate technical changes to bill of materials
•Qualify first sample parts and successor products for end-of-life components
•Provide on-site support ('Fly-and-Fix') during escalations requiring in-depth product knowledge
•Collaborate with development, quality, and purchasing departments to resolve component issues, improve supplier quality, and reduce costs
