Anforderungen
- •University degree in business administration with a major in HR/Organization/Psychology
- •Minimum of 15 years of working experience
- •Background in consultancy focused on People & Organization with strong implementation focus
- •Operational experience in an HR role in mid-sized companies
- •Track record driving organizational transformation with experience in operating model design and implementation
- •Experience conducting organizational due diligence and working in a PE-backed company
- •Analytical and strategic thinking, result-oriented personality, highly developed sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork
- •Practical, hands-on mentality
- •Fluency in English, further language skills welcome

- •Perform HR and organizational due diligence
- •Assess organizational setup and critical HR data
- •Identify integration risks and organizational red flags
- •Define requirements for Day 1 solutions
- •Lead the design of scalable operating models
- •Develop organizational structures and governance frameworks
- •Analyze and redevelop core processes as needed
- •Support recruitment and reskilling efforts
- •Guide rightsizing initiatives
- •Assist in setting up payroll and HRIS systems
- •Implement people analytics and process automation tools
- •Develop and deliver training on operating model design
- •Assess organizational health and drive performance culture
- •Enable change management and internal communications
- •Support practice development through hiring and mentoring
- •Create playbooks and frameworks for the operating model
- •Design functional playbooks along the private equity lifecycle
