Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related discipline
- •Project manager certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) and/or PMI certification (CPMI)
- •7+ years of professional experience in management consulting with focus on M&A
- •Knowledge of due diligence processes, company valuations, financial modelling, and deal structuring
- •Proven expertise in post-merger integration (including IT-PMI integration)
- •Experience working with private equity or portfolio companies
- •Strong understanding of value creation strategies and buy-and-build approaches
- •Industry experience in fragmented markets such as IT services or industrial services
- •Strong leadership skills for managing complex, cross-functional teams
- •High emotional intelligence and conflict management skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement integration strategies for M&A
- •Define the target operating model for merged companies
- •Identify and quantify synergy potential between platform and add-on companies
- •Lead cross-functional integration teams in HR, IT, Finance, and Operations
- •Create and track integration budgets and project plans
- •Monitor milestones, schedules, and quality standards during integration
- •Coordinate between private-equity managers, portfolio company management, and external consultants
- •Ensure transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders
- •Mediate conflicts and align different corporate cultures
- •Support in identifying valuations and add-on acquisitions
- •Develop integration playbooks for repeatable add-on processes
