- •Technical or scientific education with further education in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, QSR requirements, and IVD-D / IVD-R
- •Product development and HW/SW verification experience in a regulated environment
- •Leadership experience (minimum 2 years)
- •Good understanding of project needs and priorities
- •Excellent knowledge of V&V methodologies and tools
- •Experience with risk and quality management
- •Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •ISTQB foundation level and lab automation knowledge

- •Lead and guide the Verification & Validation (V&V) group
- •Manage and mentor group members to enhance their skills
- •Ensure efficient operation of the team, budget, and equipment
- •Plan and track V&V test campaigns
- •Coordinate test activities
- •Collaborate on the development and improvement of V&V processes, SOPs, and templates
- •Participate in project milestone and product release reviews
- •Support communication and knowledge sharing across departments
- •Contribute to the V&V budget process and special projects
