- •Manage risks and align proactively with stakeholders
- •Act as operational and financial owner of the delivery organization

- •Lead a high-performing team of Technical Project Managers
- •Ensure consistent delivery of complex data and AI projects
- •Develop team capabilities through coaching and mentorship
- •Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction
- •Provide leadership and oversight to the Project Management team
- •Ensure consistent application of delivery standards and methodologies
- •Enhance project delivery methodology and create enablement materials
- •Hold accountability for delivery execution and financial performance
- •Achieve delivered-revenue targets and margin expectations
- •Drive operational excellence through structured governance
- •Maintain accurate weekly forecasts for revenue and margin
- •Align TPM resourcing with demand and customer priorities
- •Act as executive sponsor for key regional accounts
- •Strengthen senior relationships and accelerate product adoption
- •Provide leadership on complex or at-risk projects
- •Align TPMs, customers, and stakeholders for successful outcomes
- •Support capacity planning and readiness for delivery
- •Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Account Executives
