- •Manufacture commercial, clinical, and toxicology supplies according to GMP regulations
- •Lead a technical team of up to ten contributors
- •Coach and train employees to enhance performance and retention
- •Interface with customers and regulatory auditors during tours
- •Ensure remediation of all observations from audits
- •Assist in resource allocation to meet production goals
- •Review and approve investigations and records in QMS
- •Help manage the production schedule with customers
- •Perform other duties as required
