Anforderungen
- •University degree in relevant discipline: Sustainable Development
- •Demonstrable experience in sustainability programs, ideally within aviation or a similarly global and regulated industry
- •Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills
- •Good understanding of sustainability regulatory frameworks
- •Familiarity with sustainability management systems and frameworks (e.g., ISO, ESG reporting) in an aviation context
- •Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to influence and collaborate
- •High level of English written and oral communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Identify and analyze policy developments impacting sustainable management in aviation
- •Promote improved aviation regulation and develop tailored frameworks
- •Support the creation of aviation-specific ESG metrics through collaboration with stakeholders
- •Facilitate sustainable management programs like the Integrated Sustainability Program (ISP)
- •Engage with sustainability ratings and procurement stakeholders to enhance airline ESG performance
- •Coordinate responses to public consultations within the division
- •Develop response strategies, including stakeholder outreach and briefing papers
- •Inform airlines about regulatory and policy changes and enhance responsiveness across departments
- •Represent airline interests in technical meetings, consultations, and industry events
- •Collaborate with teams in the Sustainability and Economics Division to align efforts with IATA's sustainability strategy
