Anforderungen
- •Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Sustainability Management or related field
- •Proven experience in designing and implementing sustainability strategies
- •Track record of producing professional sustainability reports and communications in English
- •Knowledge and practical experience in international social and governance standards
- •Experience in a multicultural, industrial or scientific organisation
- •Drafting and writing of official documents, including text editing and proof-reading
- •Stakeholder relationship management, including stakeholder communications management
- •Drafting of commercial documents for sustainability contracts
- •Strategic planning
- •Structured and organised approach towards work
- •Active listening and effective communication
- •Ability to assimilate information and formulate conclusions
- •Cooperation and teamwork skills
- •Keeping up-to-date with developments in own field
- •Fluent written and spoken English, commitment to proficiency in French

- •Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategy
- •Coordinate social and governance initiatives across departments
- •Engage stakeholders to advance sustainability priorities
- •Monitor progress and identify risks in governance performance
- •Promote sustainability awareness across CERN
- •Ensure compliance with sustainability communication frameworks
- •Potentially supervise colleagues in the Sustainability office
- •Coordinate the biennial CERN Sustainability Report
- •Lead the reporting process and ensure timely delivery
- •Consolidate and analyze data for impactful content
- •Draft sustainability reports in French and English
- •Manage reporting continuity and publication processes
