- •Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
- •7+ years of experience in process development, scale-up, industrialization, or related roles
- •Strong expertise in process engineering, industrialization, and technical scale-up methods
- •Analytical, structured, and strategic mindset
- •Excellent problem-solving ability
- •Experience using digital tools for simulation, process control, and data-driven performance tracking
- •Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- •Lean mindset with a focus on standardization and operational excellence
- •Effective communication skills in English

- •Own the global industrialization and scale-up process
- •Define and standardize scale-up steps and deliverables
- •Ensure consistent scale-up from lab to full production
- •Act as global process owner for the Adhesives Development Process
- •Align scale-up activities with technology standards
- •Drive reduction of scrap and increase scale-up success rates
- •Support cross-regional teams in troubleshooting and process optimization
- •Lead the standardization of industrialization practices
- •Facilitate best practice replication across regions
- •Champion continuous improvement initiatives
- •Capture and share learnings to promote operational excellence
- •Develop and deploy global training programs on scale-up processes
- •Support the creation of aligned documentation and process flows
- •Track and report key performance indicators for scale-up success
