- •Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- •Certifications such as CMRP or PMP

- •Set the vision and roadmap for the Henkel Production System and Maintenance strategy
- •Lead global teams of lean and maintenance experts
- •Mentor regional leaders to build a culture of operational excellence
- •Deploy a global operational excellence framework integrating Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM
- •Tailor best practices to local site maturity
- •Build a culture of continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain
- •Embed equipment ownership and structured problem-solving
- •Develop global operator skill programs and lean/maintenance training
- •Create certifications and capability roadmaps
- •Standardize daily management systems and problem-solving routines
- •Implement workplace practices like 5S, Kaizen, and visual management
- •Drive improvements in value creation and waste elimination
- •Enhance material and information flow, automation, and process simplification
- •Ensure equipment reliability through autonomous preventive maintenance
- •Utilize CMMS for structural loss elimination and spare parts optimization
- •Leverage digital enablers with IT for lean and predictive maintenance
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to ensure alignment
- •Report on performance and risks across operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering
