•Experience in product operations, merchandising, or planning
•Experience leading business transformation initiatives
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Success in obtaining buy-in for business process changes

•Computer literacy in PC/MAC: MS Office, strong Excel & PPT skills

Deine Aufgaben

•Own and maintain the Seasonal GTM Calendar for Smartwool & icebreaker
•Develop standardized frameworks for special project planning and execution
•Manage the Brand Master Plan file with Global Product Creation & Marketing teams
•Conduct regular touch points with Brand Leadership teams for business strategy updates
•Lead projects to improve business systems and operational processes
•Oversee training for new users and troubleshoot system issues
•Lead the GTM process and schedule key milestone meetings
•Track execution of seasonal deliverables across multiple GTM calendars
•Continuously evaluate GTM timelines based on market needs
•Build and maintain GTM timeline management tools for efficiency
•Proactively identify process bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
•Support Global Product Leadership Teams by coordinating consumer insights feedback
