Anforderungen

•Technical degree in media technology, communications engineering, IT, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
•Several years of experience in senior technical management or project management position
•At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical and disciplinary management
•Deep knowledge of IP-based networks, intercom systems, broadcast technologies, and signal distribution
•Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, international contexts
•Proven ability to guide and motivate project teams
•Willingness to travel worldwide
•Fluency in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus

•Support and innovate technical standards for various racing series
•Plan and implement communication, signaling, and intercom systems for racing events
•Coordinate and integrate Riedel systems technically
•Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues during events
•Lead the on-site technician team in series production
•Develop and implement onboarding strategies and training programs
•Participate in budget and workforce planning
•Manage employee development and performance
•Oversee technical preparations and approvals before the season starts
•Facilitate coordination between engineering, project management, and the experts team
•Plan resources, shift schedules, and global team deployments
