- •Vocational training or degree in event management, media production, or related fields
- •Several years of experience as a project manager in the event industry
- •Strong technical understanding and interest in audio, video, and network technology
- •Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility for extended assignments
- •Assertiveness and natural leadership skills
- •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- •Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- •Experience with Vectorworks, Easyjob, or comparable ERP systems
