Anforderungen
- •Technical degree in media technology, communications engineering, IT, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience in senior technical management or project management position
- •At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical and disciplinary management
- •Deep knowledge of IP-based networks, intercom systems, broadcast technologies, and signal distribution
- •Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, international contexts
- •Proven ability to guide and motivate project teams
- •Willingness to travel worldwide
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus

- •Oversee technical management and standards for Riedel technology in motorsport
- •Support and innovate technical standards for various racing series
- •Plan and implement communication, signaling, and intercom systems for racing events
- •Coordinate and integrate Riedel systems technically
- •Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues during events
- •Lead the on-site technician team in series production
- •Develop and implement onboarding strategies and training programs
- •Participate in budget and workforce planning
- •Manage employee development and performance
- •Oversee technical preparations and approvals before the season starts
- •Facilitate coordination between engineering, project management, and the experts team
- •Plan resources, shift schedules, and global team deployments
