Anforderungen
- •Degree with a focus on technology or environmental technology
- •At least 5 years of experience with environmental and energy management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
- •Experience in project management, moderating workshops, and presenting results
- •Confident use of MS Office
- •Knowledge of circular economy and waste management
- •Analytical skills, process-oriented approach to work, ability to cooperate, reliability, and persuasiveness

- •Manage the environmental management system according to ISO 14001
- •Oversee the energy management system in Germany per ISO 50001
- •Develop guidelines and processes for environmental and energy management
- •Advise environmental and energy officers at international production sites
- •Provide technical guidance to environmental and energy officers
- •Drive the development of the integrated management system
- •Create synergies between ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001
- •Conduct international internal environmental and energy audits
- •Develop group-wide ecological standards
- •Integrate ecological standards into relevant processes
- •Support the achievement of environmental, energy, and climate goals
- •Carry out evaluations and accompany the implementation of measures
- •Support internal and external reporting on sustainability
- •Serve as the internal contact for subsidiaries on waste and recycling management
- •Participate in the development of the sustainability strategy
- •Implement sustainability projects in coordination with specialist departments
