- •Successfully completed university degree (Master’s level) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
- •Solid leadership experience in international IT management
- •Excellent negotiation skills in demanding situations
- •Clear and persuasive communication skills at top management level
- •Strong team player with foresight and consistency
- •Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
