•Successfully completed university degree (Master’s level) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
•Solid leadership experience in international IT management
•Excellent negotiation skills in demanding situations
•Clear and persuasive communication skills at top management level
•Strong team player with foresight and consistency
•Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
