Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field
- •Several relevant years of professional experience in apparel procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
- •Proven track record in managing supplier networks and apparel production across multiple regions
- •Deep understanding of apparel manufacturing techniques, material sourcing, and production processes
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- •Experience in working cross-functionally within fast-paced, global organizations
- •Knowledge of PLM, ERP, and supply chain systems is highly desirable
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Evaluate and select suppliers based on product, quality, cost, and delivery objectives
- •Manage end-to-end apparel production processes to ensure compliance with brand and technical standards
- •Ensure products are produced by the most suitable supplier considering time, cost, and quality
- •Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to build long-term partnerships
- •Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for apparel and FMCG categories
- •Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service levels to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining product integrity
- •Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other teams to align sourcing decisions with business needs
- •Track market trends, material innovations, and supply chain risks to inform strategic decisions
- •Act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective communication
- •Partner with Quality, CSR, and Compliance teams to ensure suppliers meet ethical, environmental, and social standards
