Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- •Several years of relevant experience in merchandise planning, ideally in e-commerce or omnichannel environment
- •Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in Excel, SAP, planning platforms, and BI tools
- •Solid understanding of sales metrics, inventory KPIs, and planning principles
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with frequent changes
- •Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; German language is a plus
- •Support roll-outs into new regions and ensure merchandising standards align

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and allocate assortments based on channel performance and sales targets
- •Participate in developing new assortment strategies for the online shop
- •Track weekly performance metrics, including sell-out, stock levels, and returns, and provide actionable recommendations
- •Forecast demand in collaboration with all B2C channels
- •Monitor and optimize inventory levels across all omnichannel platforms
- •Prepare reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
- •Collaborate closely with E-Commerce teams and other departments to align on go-to-market projects, product availability, pricing, and promotions
- •Support roll-outs into new regions, ensuring merchandising standards align with stock segregation and commercial rule book requirements
