Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable field
- •Solid knowledge of accounting (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable) and IFRS
- •Several years of experience in managing Shared Service Centers or BPO projects in an international environment
- •Expertise in process and project management
- •Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/SD/MM/RPA) and methodologies such as LEAN
- •Leadership experience with decentralized, international teams
- •Stress resilience and composure
- •Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and coordinate two Shared Service Centers in India
- •Develop new process improvements
- •Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
- •Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
- •Ensure high-quality sub-ledger accounting
- •Monitor day-to-day business operations
- •Intervene to maintain high-quality accounting across the Group
- •Drive standardization and optimization of processes with BPO partner
- •Collaborate with stakeholders at headquarters and local countries
- •Monitor correct invoicing of BPO services
- •Coordinate contract changes
- •Shape strategic development of outsourced services
- •Identify opportunities for centralization and outsourcing
- •Report process improvements and relevant KPIs to top management
