Anforderungen
- •Completed studies in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- •First years of professional experience in Data Analytics, BI, Controlling, or Data Science
- •Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- •Experience in processing and interpreting complex and large amounts of data and communicating to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Analytical thinking skills paired with strong business acumen
- •First knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional analytics, or trade spend optimization is a plus
- •Fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus
- •Highly analytical, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Analyze internal and external data to identify growth opportunities
- •Support pricing simulations and revenue modeling
- •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau
- •Perform complex data analyses from various systems
- •Define metrics and standards for data quality and consistency
- •Document data models, sources, and analysis processes
- •Act as a subject matter expert between RGM and IT
- •Translate business and reporting requirements into actionable recommendations
- •Contribute analytically to long-term Commercial Excellence initiatives
- •Support strategic projects with data-driven insights
