Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor or Master of Science or related fields
  • •Extensive experience in Commercial Finance and Commercial Analytics
  • •Prior working experience in international spirit business
  • •Sales/Distribution of brands is a strong plus
  • •Proven track record in business partnering/internal consulting at senior leadership/c-level
  • •Highly analytical mindset
  • •Willingness to consult and spar
  • •Experience in Developing Business Cases
  • •Expert skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) and handling of big data
  • •Fluent Business English
  • •German is considered an advantage
  • •Strong communication skills to present complex matters
  • •International mindset, experienced with different cultures

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Act as a financial sparring partner for global sales regions
  • •Conduct cost and performance accounting, including contribution margin and ROI analysis
  • •Consult with C-Level and Regional Leadership on P&L delivery and business unit strategy
  • •Oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis for budget cycles
  • •Establish standards, guardrails, and processes within regional management
  • •Design management reporting and KPI dashboards, including variance and driver analysis
  • •Lead cross-functional financial projects and collaborate with IT on planning tool implementation
  • •Analyze stocks, product and bottle mix, and gross margin potential
  • •Monitor effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and trade activities
  • •Provide ad-hoc support on commercial and financial issues
  • •Ensure governance, data quality, and compliance with clear standards and controls
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships and prepare decision documents and management summaries for C-level
