•Technical education (higher technical school/technical college or vocational education with several years of technical experience)
•Experience in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering
•Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability
•Responsibility, independence, and decision-making

•Flexibility regarding changes (including coverage or priorities)
•On-call duty

Deine Aufgaben

•Develop expertise in assigned production equipment MWP
•Configure and install new equipment
•Repair and maintain equipment
•Modify and continuously monitor equipment
•Conduct systematic equipment analysis
•Commission and requalify equipment with process engineers
•Resolve issues independently during on-call service
•Lead and participate in improvement projects
•Liaise with equipment manufacturers and external technicians
•Collaborate with internal teams in Production, Engineering, and Facility
•Create and maintain maintenance plans and procedures
•Continuously improve maintenance documentation
•Prepare work instructions and training materials
•Plan and conduct training sessions
•Manage spare parts inventory
