- •Technical education (higher technical school, technical college, or vocational education) with several years of technical experience
- •Experience in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering

- •Develop expertise in assigned production equipment
- •Configure and install new equipment
- •Repair and maintain equipment
- •Modify and continuously monitor equipment
- •Conduct systematic equipment analysis
- •Commission and requalify equipment with process engineers
- •Resolve issues independently during on-call service
- •Lead improvement projects for system optimization
- •Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service technicians
- •Collaborate with internal teams in Production, Engineering, and Facility
- •Create and maintain maintenance plans and procedures
- •Continuously improve maintenance documentation
- •Prepare work instructions and training materials
- •Plan and conduct training sessions
- •Manage spare parts inventory
