- •Configure and install new equipment
- •Repair and maintain equipment
- •Modify and continuously monitor equipment
- •Conduct systematic equipment analysis
- •Commission and requalify equipment with process engineers
- •Resolve issues independently during on-call service
- •Lead and participate in improvement projects
- •Liaise with equipment manufacturers and external technicians
- •Collaborate with internal teams in Production, Engineering, and Facility
- •Create and maintain maintenance plans and procedures
- •Continuously improve maintenance documentation
- •Prepare work instructions and training materials
- •Plan and conduct training sessions
- •Manage spare parts inventory
