Anforderungen

•Completed technical vocational training in Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar field
•Additional training or expertise in vacuum systems or related technologies
•Hands-on experience in maintenance of semiconductor production systems or comparable industrial equipment
•Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics; experience with diffusion systems
•Familiarity with metrology tools for process control
•Strong team player with problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and proficiency in English

•Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production systems
•Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of diffusion equipment
•Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance

•Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams
•Participate in system upgrade and modernization projects
•Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status
•Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues
•Train and mentor colleagues on diffusion systems and maintenance practices
•Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations
