Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, automation engineering, safety engineering, or equivalent
- •3–5 years of experience in machinery safety, engineering, industrial safety, or EHS roles within an industrial environment
- •Expertise in ISO 12100, ISO 13849, EN 60204
- •Good understanding of automation and electrical safety systems
- •Risk assessment skills
- •Strong communication and training ability
- •French fluency and English proficiency
- •Additional valued skills: process safety, fire safety, industrial hygiene

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and lead the Machinery Safety program
- •Manage Machinery Safety training curricula
- •Conduct machine risk assessments using Haleon methodologies
- •Ensure CE conformity for equipment modifications
- •Perform gap assessments and define action plans
- •Participate in change control processes for machinery
- •Conduct regular gemba walks to identify hazards
- •Contribute to the Machinery Safety Community of Practice
- •Provide expert input during audits
- •Collaborate with Maintenance on safety-related components
- •Support EHS Management System implementation in packaging
- •Lead risk assessments, JSAs, and incident investigations
- •Ensure compliance with EHS and Engineering requirements
- •Apply LOTO/energy isolation and safe maintenance controls
- •Participate in project reviews and commissioning activities
- •Contribute to EHS continuous improvement and safety culture
