Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- •Minimum 3 years of experience as a lithography process engineer in semiconductor FAB
- •Hands-on experience with lithography process and metrology tools
- •Understanding in mask design and/or stepper
- •Proven experience with process control, SPC, problem solving, CIP, Lean, equipment maintenance principles
- •Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a research-driven environment
- •Excellent teamwork, communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- •Willingness to relocate to Villach, Austria

- •Develop and optimize lithography processes
- •Maintain stable lithography processes for R&D flows
- •Establish and control process baselines using SPC
- •Monitor performance regularly for process stability
- •Manage lithography process and metrology tools
- •Ensure high uptime and consistency of processes
- •Define and document process parameters and recipes
- •Create standard operating procedures for lithography
- •Collaborate with team members for process compatibility
- •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts
- •Drive continuous improvement for process quality
- •Support tool upgrades and new equipment acquisition
- •Contribute to capability expansion projects
