Anforderungen
- •Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in International Relations, Public Relations, Administration, Sociology, Journalism, Communication, or STEM with a science communication profile
- •Extensive experience in stakeholder and community engagement or liaison roles within large-scale projects
- •Solid understanding of nonprofit networks or substantial experience in community or nonprofit organizations
- •Ability to engage effectively with authorities and senior officials
- •Capacity to contribute to complex projects and adapt frameworks
- •Solid public speaking experience
- •Extensive experience in media relations, including speaking to journalists
- •Experience in writing engaging, concise texts on complex scientific subjects in French and English
- •Stakeholder relationship management and community engagement
- •Strategic communications planning
- •Implementation of vision and strategic agility
- •Participatory processes and community dialogue techniques
- •Strong organisational, interpersonal and multicultural skills
- •Strong listening skills and ability to react to community concerns
- •Accountability and reliability in delivering on promises
- •Respect, diplomacy and tact with external partners
- •Effective communication and presentation skills
- •Teamwork and information sharing
- •Spoken and written proficiency in English and French

- •Develop and implement engagement activities

- •Serve as the first point of contact for local inquiries
- •Ensure timely responses that reflect CERN's values
- •Plan and coordinate events and site visits
- •Organize regular meetings and information sessions
- •Contribute to newsletters and communication tools
- •Prepare official reports and presentations
