Anforderungen
- •3+ years of experience in commercial/contracting and advertising law
- •Member of a US or equivalent European licensed bar in good standing
- •JD degree or equivalent
- •Business experience in drafting and negotiating long-term contracts
- •Knowledge of gaming law, contract law, intellectual property law, and corporate law
- •Effective communication with business professionals and in-house attorneys
- •Willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
- •Ability to exercise influence and excellent legal and business judgement
- •High degree of business acumen and product/technology understanding
- •Willingness to learn and grow

Deine Aufgaben
- •Partner with commercial and advertising teams to understand priorities
- •Manage contract drafting, review, and negotiation for commercial agreements
- •Collaborate with internal partners to execute agreements
- •Synthesize regulatory issues impacting digital advertising and provide compliance guidance
- •Identify risks and propose alternative structures to mitigate them
- •Interpret complex rights agreements for compliance in monetization activities
- •Manage day-to-day rights analysis for various business initiatives
- •Provide legal representation for partnership activation and rights management
- •Develop a deep understanding of Sportradar’s products and services
- •Advise on commercial contracts and adjustments for products and services
- •Support go-to-market strategies for Sportradar’s offerings
- •Collaborate with the global legal team on non-US transactional matters
- •Advise global sales teams on US-related issues from key global accounts
- •Assist North American Legal and business teams with licensing and compliance tasks
- •Participate in defining corporate policies and procedures
- •Provide ongoing counsel on legal matters as needed
- •Manage multiple deals and meet tight deadlines
- •Work extended hours for ad hoc projects when necessary
