Anforderungen
- •Completed law degree (Master/Diploma) from an Austrian or German university
- •Solid foundation in commercial, civil, corporate, and regulatory law
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- •2–3 years of post-graduate professional experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
- •Experience preferably within a regulated financial institution or fintech company
- •Sound understanding of financial products and digital platforms
- •Understanding of legal frameworks governing crypto-assets, financial instruments, and e-money
- •Analytical thinking and strong drafting skills
- •Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- •Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance
- •Proactivity and detail-oriented mindset
- •Adaptability and teamwork skills
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Confidence to work independently when required

- •Advise on product and regulatory matters
- •Support white-label projects and product innovation

- •Provide guidance on partnerships and financial products
- •Develop internal processes for legal governance
- •Coordinate with regulators and external counsel
- •Support marketing and vendor activities
