Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide legal support to Sales, Finance, Program, Engineering, and Procurement departments
- •Identify and analyze risks in commercial contracts and industrial setups
- •Advise commercial colleagues to enable informed decision-making
- •Attend Screening Reviews and Risk Management Committee meetings
- •Offer advice on contract law, bank guarantees, IT law, IP law, and public procurement law
- •Participate in project teams for national and international bids
- •Evaluate terms and conditions of Requests for Proposal and Invitations to Tender
- •Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including agreements and contracts
- •Identify legal risks and propose mitigation solutions
- •Support in obtaining Export Credit Agency financing when applicable
- •Draft and update standard contracts proactively
- •Manage situations involving suppliers in administration
- •Assist in claim management with suppliers and customers
- •Support the M&A team in transactions involving Space Systems
- •Develop strategies to avoid litigation and support the litigation team when necessary
- •Promote legal and compliance awareness among business colleagues
- •Manage relationships with external legal advisors
- •Contribute to improvements in internal processes
- •Collaborate on the evolution of the legal department's organization
- •Provide training and supervision to colleagues and trainees
