- •License as a fully qualified lawyer preferred
- •Additional qualifications in international business law are an advantage
- •Several years of professional experience required
- •Experience in an international company preferred
- •Experience working with multinational teams
- •Advising senior executives experience
- •Initial years of general legal experience
- •Relevant expertise in supporting GTM functions
- •Sound knowledge of German commercial law
- •Knowledge of international commercial law
- •Knowledge of contract law and data protection law
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to explain complex legal issues
- •Ability to develop pragmatic solutions
- •Fluency in written and spoken German mandatory
- •Fluency in written and spoken English mandatory
- •Other language skills are an advantage
