Anforderungen
- •University degree in law and ideally a license as a fully qualified lawyer
- •Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- •Experience working with multinational teams and advising senior executives
- •Initial years of general legal experience plus relevant expertise in supporting GTM functions
- •Sound knowledge of German and international commercial law, including contract law, data protection law and compliance
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable way and develop pragmatic solutions
- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English; other language skills are an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide legal advice on contract, commercial, and data protection law
- •Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts
- •Identify and assess legal risks, developing strategies to minimize them
- •Assist in handling and resolving legal disputes, coordinating with outside counsel
- •Support compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- •Conduct internal training on legal topics to raise awareness of risks
- •Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure a uniform legal strategy
