- •Fully qualified lawyer
- •7+ years of relevant professional experience in international life sciences law firm or in-house in pharma or biotech industry
- •Expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical laws, promotional regulations, and compliance frameworks
- •Track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing legal aspects of cross-functional projects
- •Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business models, value chains, and key risk drivers
- •Confident communicator with senior internal stakeholders
- •Fluency in English and German, written and spoken

- •Serve as the primary legal advisor on pharmaceutical and life sciences matters
- •Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor and clinical trial agreements

- •Assess regulatory-driven legal issues related to clinical trials and drug development
- •Deliver pragmatic legal guidance for commercial and pre-commercial activities
- •Coordinate and manage external counsel in the EU and the US
- •Contribute to cross-functional and international projects with internal teams
- •Support the development of internal legal processes and templates
