Anforderungen
- •Competition law academic background (master degree or equivalent in EU competition law; degree in German, French competition law an asset)
- •Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in competition law
- •Ability to manage complex legal and internal procedures
- •Management of market information into legally coherent cases
- •Demonstration of strategic insight and value-added orientation
- •Excellent communication and writing skills
- •Ability to build excellent internal relationships
- •Open-mindedness, autonomy, responsiveness, and creativity
- •Cooperativeness and teamwork skills
- •Fluency in German and English; business level in French and/or Spanish an asset

- •Assist in analyzing potential Competition law issues
- •Support M&A and Strategy departments with M&A opportunities
- •Monitor third-party M&A transactions and liaise with competition authorities
- •Respond to questionnaires related to third-party investigations
- •Assess financing schemes for new programs from a State aid perspective
- •Manage filing procedures for EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation
- •Oversee Competition law investigations, pre-litigation, and litigation
- •Provide Competition law training for business employees
- •Draft Competition law-related documentation and guidelines
