- •Several years of experience in Lean Administration
- •Ability to inspire and captivate participants
- •Proven experience in application and implementation of Lean methods
- •Strong cross-departmental and cross-hierarchy communication skills
- •Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
- •Functional background or experience in HtR, PtP, and BtR/OtC
- •Knowledge of German and English for international communication
- •Willingness to travel groupwide (~20%)
