Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- •In-depth practical knowledge of OPEX methodologies
- •Lean Six Sigma certification or Lean Trainer certification
- •Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- •Strong change management capabilities
- •Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- •Excellent collaboration skills
- •Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- •Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- •Proven track record in leading operational excellence transformations

Deine Aufgaben
- •Conduct operational maturity assessments at production sites
- •Identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- •Develop and implement a company-wide OPEX roadmap
- •Monitor site-specific action plans aligned with corporate strategy
- •Lead transformation projects in collaboration with plant management
- •Deliver measurable results and quick wins
- •Analyze OEE and key performance indicators for trends
- •Identify root causes to enable data-driven decisions
- •Provide hands-on support and coaching on OPEX methodologies
- •Standardize OPEX methods and KPIs across the group
- •Design and deliver training and workshops to build OPEX capabilities
- •Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- •Develop and execute a change management strategy for new processes
- •Drive adoption of improvement initiatives
