- •University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
- •Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets
- •Proven leadership capabilities and advanced stakeholder management skills
- •Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives
- •Experience with onboarding, implementation and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures
- •Self-directed professional with proven ability to manage complex operational tasks under tight deadlines
- •Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- •Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate significant impact through effective teamwork
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
