Anforderungen

•University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or economics
•3-5 years of professional work experience in banking, asset management, or similar
•Profound knowledge of the financial services industry
•Knowhow in design, implementation, and operational set-up of innovative product and investment structures
•Independence and self-direction in managing complex tasks
•Ability and desire to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
•Proven ability to work in a team environment
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus

Deine Aufgaben

•Take full ownership of assigned products' lifecycle
•Ensure timely and seamless fund launches, restructurings, and winddowns
•Collaborate closely with sales, structuring, operational teams, and external service providers
•Understand private markets, fund structures, and internal processes
•Proactively interact with stakeholders to assess satisfaction and identify issues
•Implement robust solutions independently
•Solve complex operational issues through effective negotiation
•Liaise with internal stakeholders to find client solutions
•Lead team-relevant projects and contribute to business unit projects
•Review team members' output and train less experienced Product Managers
•Deliver targeted education sessions for the wider team
