Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or economics
- •3-5 years of professional work experience in banking, asset management, or similar
- •Profound knowledge of the financial services industry
- •Knowhow in design, implementation, and operational set-up of innovative product and investment structures
- •Independence and self-direction in managing complex tasks
- •Ability and desire to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
- •Proven ability to work in a team environment
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus

- •Take full ownership of assigned products' lifecycle
- •Ensure timely and seamless fund launches, restructurings, and winddowns
- •Collaborate closely with sales, structuring, operational teams, and external service providers
- •Understand private markets, fund structures, and internal processes
- •Proactively interact with stakeholders to assess satisfaction and identify issues
- •Implement robust solutions independently
- •Solve complex operational issues through effective negotiation
- •Liaise with internal stakeholders to find client solutions
- •Lead team-relevant projects and contribute to business unit projects
- •Review team members' output and train less experienced Product Managers
- •Deliver targeted education sessions for the wider team
