Anforderungen
- •Proven senior experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and/or marketing mix modelling
- •Strong business mindset with ability to influence decisions through data
- •Hands-on experience building or running attribution or MMM models
- •Excellent communication skills
- •High level of ownership and self-motivation
- •Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, classifieds, or data-driven businesses
- •STEM-related background
- •Very good command of English; German is nice to have

- •Lead global marketing performance reporting with a clear narrative for leadership
- •Translate complex analytics into simple business recommendations for senior stakeholders
- •Support data-driven budget allocation and AI-based marketing spend optimization
- •Act as the key business owner for marketing analytics topics, collaborating cross-functionally
- •Manage and develop one direct report
