Anforderungen

•At least 5 years of experience in project-oriented or analytically focused role
•University degree with quantitative focus
•Advanced Excel user; experience with SQL, Power BI is a big plus
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong team player with effective communication skills
•Fluency in English

Deine Aufgaben

•Collaborate with Purchasing, Brand, and Product teams on demand planning priorities
•Analyze forecast data to generate consensus demand
•Manage purchasing and inventory predictions for short- to mid-term planning
•Communicate inventory plans to internal stakeholders
•Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with replenishment actions
•Analyze missed KPIs and provide transparency on root causes
•Implement corrective actions for near out-of-stock situations
•Lead supply chain integration projects with key suppliers
•Identify structural problems and initiate improvement projects
•Take ownership of small-scale projects and contribute to larger ones
•Collaborate with tech teams to enhance system capabilities
•Encourage creative thinking to optimize sourcing and replenishment strategies
•Improve reporting and governance routines around OOS/OV and unhealthy inventory
•Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in demand planning
