Anforderungen

•Finished apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician
•At least two years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical or flavor & fragrance environment
•Good technical knowledge in analytical chemistry
•Highly proficient with various instruments and techniques such as GC (MS, FID and TCD), HPLC (UV and RI), ICP-OES, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, titration and measurement of physical properties
•Awareness for safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials
•Experience in assembly and operating mini or pilot plant equipment
•Team player
•Strong communication skills

•Fluency in English and good German skills

Deine Aufgaben

•Develop and implement analytical methods
•Perform characterization analysis using techniques like Headspace and liquid sampling, GC (MS, FID, TCD), HPLC (UV, RI), ICP-OES, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, titration, water content, density, and viscosity
•Support internal and external test projects for process technology development and optimization
•Suggest and implement improvements in the analytical laboratory
•Act as an instrument expert, performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting on analytical equipment
•Ensure analytical systems are functioning correctly
•Cooperate in implementing safety and environmental measures
•Prepare the lab for daily use and customer tests
•Be available for sampling and analysis during project execution
