•Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
•Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in industrial goods
•Solid understanding of contract management and basic legal principles
•Strong sense of ownership
•Self-motivation
•Excellent communication skills
•Comfortable working with international partners and cross-cultural teams
•High level of intercultural competence
•Curiosity and openness to new ideas
•Fluent in German and English (business level)
•French is a plus
•Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe
