Key Account Manager Flavours(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive customer-focused projects from concept to commercial scale while identifying new market opportunities. You will build strong relationships with clients and collaborate across teams to achieve sales targets and enhance the presence in the food ingredients industry.

Anforderungen

• •Experience in food ingredients business with strong knowledge of flavors and flavor sales
• •Structured approach to customers
• •Degree in Economy, Business, Food Technology, or Food Engineering
• •Fluent in German and English; third language beneficial
• •Minimum 2-3 years of working experience within Food Ingredients & Flavors business
• •Experience with the German Food/Flavor market beneficial
• •Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
• •Well-developed selling and account management skills
• •Well-developed negotiation skills
• •Proven project management skills with full ownership of driving new business opportunities
• •Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent, and willingness to develop skills
• •Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• •Team player with a can-do mentality
