Anforderungen
- •First experience in compliance, preferably within financial services or investment industry
- •Knowledge in BaFin regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance
- •Strong interest in regulatory compliance and financial services, willingness to learn and grow
- •Educated to degree level in Law, Finance, or related field
- •Good communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable

- •Provide compliance input on existing and upcoming products and services
- •Participate in compliance projects within cross-functional teams
- •Assist in reviewing high-risk financial promotions for fair outcomes
- •Help maintain and update compliance policies and procedures
- •Support initiatives to strengthen internal controls
- •Stay informed on regulatory developments impacting retail investment firms
