Anforderungen

•1–3 years in Oversight or QC/QA role
•Comfort with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
•Strong understanding of EU AML directives and FATF standards
•Proactive, curious, and structured mindset
•Fluency in English and German
•Experience with quantitative analysis and office software

Deine Aufgaben

•Oversee onboarding program and check KYC files for completeness
•Ensure procedural adherence and assess program adequacy
•Monitor transaction alerts and evaluate rule effectiveness
•Assess screening quality and recommend improvements for PEP/Sanctions/Adverse Media screening
•Create and maintain management information data for oversight program
•Stay updated on AML/CTF laws, regulations, and best practices
•Assist with Financial Intelligence Unit SAR reporting as needed
•Support the Trading 212 AML Monitoring Programme
•Formulate and update Trading 212’s AML Oversight Programme in Germany
•Draft periodic compliance reports for Senior Management and the Board
