Anforderungen
- •1–3 years in Oversight or QC/QA role
- •Comfort with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- •Strong understanding of EU AML directives and FATF standards
- •Proactive, curious, and structured mindset
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Experience with quantitative analysis and office software

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee onboarding program and check KYC files for completeness
- •Ensure procedural adherence and assess program adequacy
- •Monitor transaction alerts and evaluate rule effectiveness
- •Assess screening quality and recommend improvements for PEP/Sanctions/Adverse Media screening
- •Create and maintain management information data for oversight program
- •Stay updated on AML/CTF laws, regulations, and best practices
- •Assist with Financial Intelligence Unit SAR reporting as needed
- •Support the Trading 212 AML Monitoring Programme
- •Formulate and update Trading 212’s AML Oversight Programme in Germany
- •Draft periodic compliance reports for Senior Management and the Board
