- •Interest in banking, taxation, and regulatory topics
- •Strong analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail
- •Technical skills to read code, understand logic flows, and write SQL queries
- •Degree in Finance, Business Informatics, IT, Law, or comparable field
- •First experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar
- •Knowledge of financial products or banking processes
- •Initial exposure to tax or regulatory topics
- •Experience with core banking systems, exposure to Avaloq or ACP certifications
