Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- •2–4 years of experience in IT systems or technical support roles
- •Solid understanding of core IT hardware, software, troubleshooting methods, and network components
- •Solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and collaborative approach
- •Desire to grow skills in a high-impact, highly regulated, mission-driven environment
